“Veteran,” a crime thriller starring Yoo Ah In and Hwang Jung Min, is coming to U.S. theaters on September 18.
The summer blockbuster, climbing up the ranks to become the ninth biggest selling movie in Korea, details the efforts of Do Cheol (Hwang Jung Min), a morally just detective, looking to take down Sunjin Group’s chaebo, Tae Oh (Yoo Ah In). Director Ryu Seung Wan has already confirmed a sequel to the film, following its immense success.
